"Single/sharing: Single and sharing. The PG usually gives out rooms on a long term basis. If you can manage to sweet talk the owner, he may agree to give out a room on a monthly basis. If all the rooms are occupied, there is a guest room reserved for family members of the owners which he may agree to give out for a month or two. Amenities: Every room (except the guest room for family members downstairs) is equipped with a fridge, AC and basic furniture. If you find a friendly roommate who is already staying there, they may agree to share their stove or utensils. Cooking is permitted in the rooms, however the induction stove/ cookpot will have to be carried by the individual. Gas stoves are not permitted. There is a washing machine facility available but that is charged extra per month, if you wish to use it. The other option is to wash your own clothes and hang them up on the terrace. There is a Supermarket located right next to the PG which is very convenient to pick up food and other supplies. The PG is located centrally in Nungambakkam area, which is one of the more cosmopolitan areas of Noida . There are several restaurants/ food joints nearby from where one can order food to the PG Washing machine usage is charged extra. AC usage is charged extra too on a per unit basis. The PG does not provide food. However some people in the PG get dabba meals delivered daily for dinner. This can be arranged for during the internship period. There is a bahadur who takes care of the PG who can arrange for the dabba. Other things: The PG is well connected by public transport (bus) to other areas. Autos taken from this area tend to quote a higher rate (autos in Chennai do not run by a meter system). Try and haggle with the auto drivers as far as possible. One should be willing to pay around 60-70 rupees for distances of 4-5 kms. Owner: Mr. Mohit Gupta is a very friendly person who will help you no matter what! In fact, they even hand over a key to the back entrance of the house when you reach so you can enter and leave the house at whatever the PG and are your go-to persons for any help. They are most willing to run errands for you and eager to help out in any way. The best part is the location of the PG. There are plenty of restaurants and food joints around that one can explore. The area is lush green and makes for wonderful walks/runs in the evening."

"Worst pg! They have not refunded my 18000 security. No one picks up the calls. They’re all a bunch of thieves and liars. Made a fake contract and started asking for an extra month’s rent of June 2024. even though I left the pg on 31st May. They keep threatening you saying your contract is in your app which doesn’t make sense because nobody signed those contracts. The college session ends in May why would anyone pay an extra 18000 for June when we’re not even living there anymore. The pg is pathetic. The mess smells all the time. You’ll feel like vomiting everytime you enter the mess. There’s zero hygiene. The AC of our room stopped working 2 summers ago.They brought in electricians every week to repair the AC but no use. Nothing about this pg is good. You’re wasting your parents hard earned money if you’re choosing to live here. The bathroom, shower, lights, AC even the fan of the rooms do not work properly. Their supervisor/ manager Ritika once called me up and talked so rudely to me. When i confronted her in the office she said thappad laga dungi tumhare ab mai. I’m so glad I shut her up that day. This is the kind of service they give. I strongly advice you NOT to live in this pg at any cost."

"the worst pg ever i have come across till date. They signed a contract that they will return back the money after the completion of the session. It has almost been 6 months, we try to connect with the employees wardens there, no one is responsible for any of the problems we are facing. They simply cut or block your number. DONOT FALL FOR THE POLISHED STRUCTURE SHOWN."
